3B Films IPO description – 3B Films specializes in manufacturing and supplying CPP (Cast Polypropylene) and CPE (Cast Polyethylene) films, catering to the diverse requirements of the flexible packaging industry and high-end thermoforming applications. The company plays a key role in delivering innovative packaging solutions for various sectors. Its product portfolio includes a wide range of CPP films designed to meet the specific needs of industries such as food and beverage, clothing, flowers, and other consumer goods.
In the financial year 2023-24, 3B Films ventured into trading CPP and CPE films, achieving a turnover of INR 22.59 crore in its first year. To capitalize on market opportunities, the company plans to install machinery in its manufacturing unit to produce adhesive laminated films in the coming years. As of 31 December 2024, 3B Films employed 59 permanent staff members.
Building on its initial success, 3B Films significantly enhanced its production capabilities by installing advanced imported machinery. This upgrade doubled its production capacity from 375 MT per month to approximately 750 MT per month, or from 4,500 MT per annum to 9,000 MT per annum. Additionally, the integration of an MDO Unit into the second manufacturing line broadened the company’s product portfolio, enabling the delivery of an enriched and diverse range of offerings.
