Accretion Pharmaceuticals IPO description – Accretion Pharmaceuticals specializes in the manufacturing and marketing of a wide range of pharmaceutical products, including tablets, capsules, oral liquids, and external preparations such as ointments, creams, gels, lotions, medicated shampoos, mouthwashes, and dusting powders. The company also produces oral powders, including sachets and dry syrups. In addition to manufacturing its products for direct sale, Accretion Pharmaceuticals partners with various marketers.
Most of Accretion Pharmaceuticals’ business is conducted on a principal-to-principal basis with these marketers. As of 31 December 2024, the company serves numerous corporate clients under loan licensing and contract manufacturing arrangements, supplying its products to over 20 countries, including Libya, Congo, Rwanda, Somalia, Cameroon, Angola, Botswana, Madagascar, and Burundi.
The company operates from its manufacturing facility in Sanand, Ahmedabad, Gujarat, and, as of 31 December 2024, employs 105 people.
