Madhusudan Kela did his Master’s in Management Studies from K. J. Somaiya Institute of Management Studies and Research (SIMSR) in Mumbai in 1991. His career began in equity research at CIFCO and Sharekhan. In 1994, he joined Motilal Oswal to establish its institutional desk. He transitioned to UBS in 1996 and eventually joined Reliance Mutual Fund in 2001.
