The company operates through two primary business verticals:

- Integrated Cities and Industrial Clusters (IC&IC) – developed under the ‘Mahindra World City’ and ‘Origins by Mahindra’ brands.
In Fiscal 2025, the Residential vertical recorded pre-sales of INR 2,803.56 crore. Additionally, the IC&IC vertical encompassed a gross area of 5,737 acres during the same period.
