Mayasheel Ventures IPO description – Mayasheel Ventures is engaged in the construction of roads and highways for the National Highways and Infrastructure Development Corporation (NHIDCL) and various government departments. The company undertakes projects involving the construction, building, alteration, conversion, improvement, design, establishment, development, dismantling, and reconstruction of technically complex and high-value structures, such as expressways, national highways, flyovers, and bridges. The company undertakes projects on an EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) basis as well as on a BOQ (Bill of Quantity) basis.
The company operates on a Business-to-Government (B2G) model, primarily serving government departments, with most of its revenue stemming from government tenders. In 2023, Mayasheel Ventures completed the construction of a 14.401 km two-lane road with hard shoulders on NH 129A in Nagaland, executed under the EPC mode for NHIDCL. Additionally, the company undertakes subcontracting assignments for various infrastructure construction projects.
Over the year, Mayasheel Ventures has steadily expanded its execution capabilities and successfully completed more than 65 projects. As of 31 March 2025, the company has an order book of an aggregate amount of INR 201.61 crore, as of same date, the company has 294 employees on its payroll.
