Samay Project IPO description – Samay Project Services is primarily engaged in Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) services, offering specialized solutions in the design, engineering, supply, fabrication, erection, and commissioning of balance of plant (BOP) systems across various industries. The company is involved in EPC projects that include (i) piping systems, (ii) tanks, vessels, and fabricated structures, and (iii) fire protection and detection systems (FFS) / firefighting systems.
The various systems engineered, procured, and constructed by the company are applied across a wide range of industries, including power, sugar and distilleries, iron and steel, and infrastructure. As of 31 March 2024, the company has completed over INR 40.75 crore worth of EPC projects throughout India and abroad in the full financial year. The company has established a strong reputation for the timely completion of these projects. With a presence across the length and breadth of India, the company’s clientele spans 12 states in the domestic market based on sales.
As of 31 October 2024, Samay Project Services had an employee base of 54 employees. Additionally, the company employs contract laborers, with a total of 179 skilled, semi-skilled, and unskilled contract laborers working on-site as of the same date.
