In a major step towards India’s clean mobility transition, Servotech EV Infra, under the brand Incharz, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Noida Power Company (NPCL). The partnership aims to fast-track the development of a robust and accessible electric vehicle (EV) charging ecosystem in Greater Noida – an emerging urban hub with growing EV adoption.
NPCL, a joint venture of the RP-Sanjiv Goenka Group and the Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority (GNIDA), will play a facilitative role in this partnership. By identifying sites and coordinating with distribution companies (DISCOMs), NPCL will reduce the cost and time taken to set up charging stations.
Incharz-NPCL MoU was signed by Prem Prakash, CEO of Servotech EV Infra (Incharz) and Sanket Srivastava, Head of PMS & Sustainability at NPCL. Both agreed that this will be the foundation for Greater Noida to become an EV-ready city in the coming years.

Servotech EV Infra & NPCL Deal: On the Ground
As part of the initial rollout, two residential societies in Greater Noida have already been installed with charging infrastructure. At Stellar Jeevan, Servotech has installed 7.4 kW and 10 kW AC chargers, while Ace Divino has a 40 kW DC charger and an additional 10 kW AC charger, which can charge three two-wheelers simultaneously. These are practical and inclusive charging infrastructures, addressing high power needs and last-mile convenience.
A Greener, Electrified Urban Future
Prem Prakash, CEO of Incharz, called the partnership “a defining moment” in India’s clean energy journey. “This partnership is in line with Servotech’s mission to solarise the nation and build smart clean energy ecosystems,” he said. “We are not only expanding our EV infrastructure but also contributing to India’s goal of becoming a carbon-negative nation.”
Srivastava added, “This partnership is part of NPCL’s broader objective of promoting green energy adoption. By partnering with Servotech, we are making EV charging more accessible, reliable and widespread in Greater Noida.”

A Template for Other Cities
The Servotech-NPCL partnership is a new-age public-private model that can be replicated in other Indian cities to scale up EV infrastructure fast and efficiently. Including residential societies, corporate spaces, commercial hubs and hospitals in the deployment strategy ensures a comprehensive and inclusive network to cater to diverse mobility needs.
As India moves towards an electric mobility future, such initiatives highlight the importance of infrastructure readiness in urban development. With Servotech’s technical expertise and NPCL’s guidance, Greater Noida will be a national leader in EV adoption and green urban mobility.
