The company’s manufacturing facility is located in Siltara, Raipur, Chhattisgarh, with an annual production capacity of 30,000 metric tonnes. Its products mainly serve steel manufacturers in the states of Maharashtra, Chhattisgarh, and Madhya Pradesh.
For the fiscal year 2025, Shri Hare-Krishna Sponge Iron reported revenue from operations amounting to INR 80.47 crore. Of this, 95.67% came from the sale of sponge iron, Iron Ore fines 2.86%, 1.02% from dolochar, and 0.45% from other items, including iron ore fines, dust, and waste scrap. Since 2020, the company has temporarily halted the production of mild steel ingots, steel shots, grits, and other steel products due to rising power costs. To ensure more sustainable operations, the company plans to install a captive power plant using proceeds from the current issue.
As of 30 April 2025, the company employs 92 full-time employees.
