Smarten Power IPO description – Smarten Power Systems specializes in the design and assembly of advanced power backup and solar power products. Their product lineup includes Home UPS systems, solar inverters, solar power conditioning units (PCUs), and solar charge controllers. Additionally, the company trades in solar panels and batteries.
Smarten markets its products primarily through distributors across India and also exports them (excluding solar panels) to international markets. Approximately 66.51% of the company’s revenue is generated from domestic sales, while 33.49% comes from exports. Currently, Smarten operates in 23 states and 2 union territories within India and has established a global presence in over 17 countries, including regions in the Middle East, Africa, and South Asia.
Smarten Power Systems currently has the infrastructure to produce approximately 600 units per day of Home UPS systems, solar inverters, solar power conditioning units (PCUs), and solar charge controllers. Once the proposed facility at MET becomes operational, this production capacity is expected to double to 1,200 units per day.
