Gleam Fabmat IPO description – Gleam Fabmat currently trades in wide range of aluminium products and textiles products. Within the Aluminium segment, the company trades in Aluminium Sheets, Aluminium Coils, Aluminium Extruded Profile, and Rivets. The company was incorporated on 20 June 2018 as a public limited company under the name ‘Gleam Fabmat Limited’ under the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 with the Registrar of Companies, Delhi. A MOU dated 15 September 2018 has been entered into to give effect to the takeover of the business of J P Metals (Proprietor Anil Kumar Gupta).
Currently, the company’s trading activities are focused only in Delhi; however it intends to cater to the increasing demand of existing customers and also to increase its existing customer base by enhancing the distribution reach of products in different parts of the country. The company also plans to increase its marketing and sales team which can focus in different regions and also maintain and establish relationship with customers.
