Austere Systems IPO description – Founded in 2015, Austere Systems offers a wide range of services, including software development, Software as a Service (SaaS), mobile application development, IT solutions, database management, IT-enabled services, training and development, web development, e-commerce platforms, ERP and MIS solutions, data analytics, AI services, process automation, digital transformation, and data/document management storage.
The company is also involved in reselling software products and offering business process outsourcing, knowledge management solutions, as well as IT consulting and advisory services. Strategically, it focuses on both global and Indian clients, serving the private and government sectors. With a talented team of over 200 professionals, the company has completed more than 100 projects across various industries.
Austere Systems boasts a diverse customer base, having served over 80 clients globally. As of 31 March 2025, the company had more than 72 active clients. By 31 July 2025, the workforce had grown to 123 employees, comprising senior executives, engineers, developers, and administrative staff.
