Active Infrastructures IPO description – Active Infrastructures operates in two primary segments: Infrastructure and Commercial Project Construction. In the Infrastructure segment, the company focuses on building roads (including bridges), flyovers, water supply systems, irrigation projects, and other related infrastructure activities. In the Commercial Project Construction segment, the company develops various facilities such as office complexes, retail centers, exhibition halls, retail outlets, private educational institutions, and other commercial spaces.
Active Infrastructures operates on a pan-India level, with completed, ongoing, and upcoming projects located in Maharashtra, Madhya Pradesh, Uttar Pradesh, and Tripura. The company holds a majority stake in two LLPs: Stargate Ventures LLP and Solus LLP. Additionally, through Stargate Ventures LLP, the company has acquired land in Pune, which may be utilized for future construction projects.
As of December 11, 2024, the projected revenue from the ongoing highway project with its subsidiary, Digvijay Shradha Infrastructure, is estimated at INR 70 crore, with completion expected by March 2025. The company has projects distributed across Maharashtra, Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, and Tripura. Additionally, as of December 11, 2024, the company employs approximately 80-90 contractual employees.
