NIS Management IPO description – NIS Management is a prominent security service provider in India. Established in 1985 with just five security guards at a single site, the company has expanded its workforce to approximately 16,609 personnel, operating across 18 states in India. The company offers a comprehensive range of services, including security guard services, security system services, payroll and accounting services, cleaning services, and personal investigation services.
The company provides a diverse range of services, including housekeeping, home security, electronic surveillance systems, payroll management, and fire safety training. As of FY 2024, NIS Management achieved a significant milestone by securing an INR 30 crore facility management contract for Pune Airport. Additionally, the company won an INR 35 crore CCTV contract with the Food and Supply Department of the Government of West Bengal.
