Mahendra Realtors IPO description – Mahendra Realtors & Infrastructure (MRI) is a multidisciplinary contracting firm with a proven track record in structural repairs, retrofitting, waterproofing, corporate interiors, BOT projects, maintenance, construction, and infrastructure restoration. As of 31 December 2024, MRI has completed 126 projects and is actively managing 67 ongoing assignments.
MRI has executed notable structural rehabilitation works at CIDCO’s Vashi and Belapur Railway Stations using advanced techniques, like polymer-modified mortar, microconcreting, and injection grouting. A landmark project includes structural repairs at Ghatkopar certified by IIT Bombay, utilizing steel jacketing and fibre wrapping. The company has also delivered over 200 projects across 50+ clients, maintaining a high rate of on-time completion.
In interiors, MRI has executed high-profile corporate projects for IIT Bombay, the Airport Authority of India, and VVIP Circuit House, Pune. Its landmark BOT project—“Sharad Pawar Bhavan” in Pen—was the first such building-focused BOT initiative recognized by Maharashtra state authorities. With a workforce of 68 full-time employees (as of 30 June 2025), the company has demonstrated its technical proficiency across government and public-sector projects.
