Finance Buddha IPO Description –Incorporated in 2012, Finance Buddha is a leading retail loan aggregation platform in India. The company has built a pan-India presence with a hybrid customer acquisition model that integrates both agent-led and digital channels. This model enables Finance Buddha to combine the reach and preliminary screening advantages of its extensive agent network with the scalability and profitability of its digital lending platform. Product-wise, personal loans dominate the revenue mix, contributing 74.52% (INR 165.91 crore) in FY 2025, followed by business loans at 20.81% (INR 46.34 crore) and home loans at 2.95% (INR 6.57 crore).
Channel-wise, the agent model continues to be the primary revenue driver, contributing 85.46% (INR 190.26 crore) in FY 2025, while the digital channel accounted for 14.54% (INR 32.38 crore), reflecting growing digital adoption. The lender base is diversified across banks and NBFCs, with NBFCs contributing 53.68% and banks 46.32% in FY 2025. However, concentration risk remains with the top five lenders contributing 48.51% of revenue.
Geographically, Karnataka (27.79%), Maharashtra (16.43%), Telangana (10.87%), and Tamil Nadu (9.37%) together form the company’s largest markets. As of 31 March 2025, the company employs a total of 247 personnel
