Global Ocean Logistics IPO Description –Incorporated in 2021, Global Ocean Logistics is a freight forwarding company providing multimodal logistics solutions across ocean, road, rail, air, and integrated services. The company operates on an “asset-light” model, leveraging a vast partner network. It operates through major Indian ports such as Nhava Sheva, Hazira, Tumb, Mundra, Chennai, and Pune, with pan-India coverage across 23 states and union territories, supported by 8 marketing offices. Internationally, it has served clients through 263 ports worldwide. Between Fiscal 2023 and Fiscal 2025, Global Ocean Logistics handled over 24,782 shipments and 73,052 TEUs, in addition to processing more than 24,000 Bills of Lading as of 31 March 2025.
In Fiscal 2025 alone, it transported 29,094 TEUs and 10,384 shipments. Global Ocean Logistics specializes in diverse verticals, including ocean freight forwarding (63.85% of FY25 revenue), CFS and local services (28.57%), air freight (2.93%), transport (2.19%), custom clearance, and project logistics.
Imports account for the majority of business, with inbound freight services contributing 82.73% of FY25 revenues. Industry-wise, chemicals & allied products, textiles & commodities, machinery, and electrical equipment are among its largest customer segments. With a dedicated workforce of 55 employees as of 31 May 2025.
