Servotech Renewable Power System, one of India’s leading innovators in solar energy and electric vehicle (EV) charging technology, has announced a major international expansion milestone with the establishment of Servotech Renewable International FZCO, a new subsidiary based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE).
This strategic move marks Servotech’s official entry into the Middle Eastern clean energy market, underscoring its ambition to become a global player in sustainable infrastructure and EV ecosystem solutions.

A Strategic Leap Toward Globalization
The newly incorporated Servotech Renewable International FZCO will serve as the company’s central hub for business development, project execution, and regional partnerships across the UAE and the broader Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) region.
With the UAE pushing aggressively toward its Net-Zero by 2050 vision, Servotech aims to contribute to the nation’s decarbonization journey through its high-efficiency solar energy systems, battery storage solutions, and AC and Fast DC EV chargers—technology designed and developed in India.
Servotech’s decision to anchor itself in Dubai is informed by the city’s world-class logistics infrastructure, pro-business regulatory framework, and its role as a gateway to international markets. The company views the region not merely as a business opportunity but as a vital pillar in its mission to drive the global green transition.
Financial and Operational Details
According to Servotech’s regulatory filing with the NSE, the Dubai-based subsidiary was officially incorporated on 11 October 2025, with an initial investment of AED 75,000 (~INR 18 lakh). Servotech Renewable Power System will hold a 75% equity stake in the entity, ensuring majority control while maintaining strategic flexibility for potential future collaborations in the region.
The move also complements Servotech’s ongoing domestic growth trajectory, which includes major renewable energy projects such as a 2.58 MW grid-connected rooftop solar project recently awarded by the South Eastern Railway (Ranchi Division). This reinforces the company’s reputation as a trusted partner in India’s public-sector renewable initiatives.
Leadership Perspective
Raman Bhatia, Managing Director of Servotech Renewable Power System, described the Dubai subsidiary as a “pivotal moment” in the company’s global evolution.
“The launch of Servotech Renewable International FZCO in Dubai is more than just an expansion—it’s a commitment to power the global green transition with Indian innovation and technology,” Bhatia said.
“The UAE and the wider Middle East are moving decisively toward a sustainable future, and this venture allows Servotech to play an active role in building that ecosystem.”
He further emphasized that by “planting our flag in Dubai,” Servotech is evolving from a national leader to an international contributor to the clean energy revolution—aligning business growth with planetary priorities.
Strengthening the Renewable Ecosystem
Servotech’s expansion into the UAE comes at a crucial time when EV adoption and solar infrastructure development in the Middle East are accelerating rapidly. The company’s advanced EV chargers, engineered for compatibility across multiple vehicle platforms, and its smart solar systems are expected to attract both commercial and governmental clients engaged in green infrastructure initiatives.
The new subsidiary’s operational scope will include turnkey project delivery, regional manufacturing alliances, and strategic collaborations aimed at localizing technology deployment for maximum sustainability and efficiency.
A Broader Vision for a Greener Tomorrow
Over its two-decade journey, Servotech Renewable has evolved from an electronics manufacturer into a comprehensive renewable technology enterprise, combining engineering excellence with visionary leadership. Its pan-India success in establishing reliable EV charging infrastructure and renewable energy systems now serves as a foundation for global expansion.
As Servotech strengthens its footprint in the UAE’s renewable ecosystem, the move symbolizes a convergence of Indian innovation and Middle Eastern ambition—a partnership poised to drive meaningful progress toward a cleaner, electrified future.
