Sical Logistics is an India-based, integrated multi-modal logistics solutions provider incorporated in 1955 and operating under its current name since a 2006 rebranding. The business has evolved from legacy stevedoring, customs handling and trucking into a contract-led logistics platform focused on two operating verticals: Integrated Logistics and Warehousing & Distribution.
Integrated Logistics is positioned around the handling and transportation of minerals and overburden linked to mining activity in commodities such as iron ore, bauxite and coal, with core work processes spanning loading, unloading and road transportation under contractual arrangements. As of 31 December 2025, the company was executing integrated logistics at contract sites across Madhya Pradesh, Odisha and Jharkhand. The vertical also includes container freight station (CFS) services—customs clearance, handling and temporary storage of import/export containers—with operations at Chennai, Tuticorin and Visakhapatnam.
Warehousing & Distribution provides storage, inventory management and downstream distribution. As of 31 December 2025, Sical operated 19 warehouses aggregating 11,52,158 sq. ft. of warehousing area, including bonded warehouse capabilities at Chennai and Tuticorin (through its subsidiary). The company reports pan-India operations covering six locations via seven branch offices and is part of the Pristine Logistics Group following a resolution-plan-led change in control effective January 2023.
