Excelsoft and VTCT Skills partners to power Saras platform to deliver about 3 lakh exams annually; rollout slated in the coming months

Excelsoft Technologies has won a mandate from UK-based awarding organisation VTCT Skills to build and run a next‑generation, AI‑enabled e‑assessment platform.

Excelsoft announces that the contract awarded by VTCT Skills envisages the delivery of around 3,00,000 exams annually on its proprietary Saras platform, following a competitive global evaluation of assessment providers. The company added that Saras was selected for its “advanced configurability,” rapid customisation for assessment organisations and breadth of features unified under one product suite.

The platform will serve VTCT Skills’ multi‑sector qualifications portfolio with emphasis on scalability, uniform delivery and security, Excelsoft noted. However, the terms of the deal were not disclosed.
