Flywings Simulator IPO Description – Flywings Simulator Training Centre (FWSTC), headquartered in Gurugram, is a specialized aviation training provider focused on Safety and Emergency Procedures (SEP) for cabin and cockpit crew. Established in 2011 in response to infrastructure gaps identified by the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO), FWSTC has emerged as a key contributor to India’s aviation training ecosystem.
The company primarily operates on a Business-to-Business (B2B) model, serving leading domestic airlines, regional international carriers, and non-scheduled operators. Complementing this, its Business-to-Customer (B2C) vertical offers training in aviation knowledge, service delivery, and soft skills relevant to aviation and hospitality careers.
FWSTC’s core offerings include simulator-based SEP training modules covering door operations, emergency evacuation, in-flight firefighting, and ditching drills. Over the past three years, the company has delivered more than 20,000 individual training modules.
