Sri Lotus Developers IPO Description – Sri Lotus Developers and Realty is a Mumbai-based real estate developer specializing in residential and commercial properties, with a strong focus on redevelopment projects in the ultra-luxury and luxury segments across the western suburbs. Since its inception, the company has been committed to building a brand rooted in customer satisfaction, dedicated to crafting spaces that elevate and enrich the lifestyles of its clientele.
Sri Lotus Developers and Realty operates strategically within Mumbai, one of India’s largest and most dynamic real estate markets. Between the calendar years 2019 and 2023, the Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR) consistently ranked first among the top seven residential real estate markets in India—including MMR, Pune, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, the National Capital Region, Chennai, and Kolkata—in terms of supply, absorption, and average base selling price.
It has successfully executed 12 projects in the western suburbs of Mumbai, comprising eight residential and four commercial developments. These projects, undertaken through entities separate from the current companies, collectively span over 3.32 million square feet of developed area. As of 30 June 2025, Sri Lotus Developers and Realty has a total developable area of approximately 0.93 million square feet, comprising both residential and commercial properties.
