Kiaasa Retail IPO Description – Incorporated in 2018, Kiaasa Retail is a rapidly growing ethnic wear brand in India. The company specializes in women’s apparel, footwear, and accessories, offering products such as salwar kameez, lehengas, kurtas, gowns, dresses, bottom wear, jewelry, handbags, and scarves. As of 28 February 2025, Kiaasa operates 113 exclusive brand outlets (EBOs) across 70 cities through three models: Franchise Owned Franchise Operated (FOFO), Franchise Invested Company Operated (FICO), and Company Owned Company Operated (COCO).
The company has diversified its retail strategy by launching the “Nine99 Store” concept in December 2023, targeting price-sensitive customers in Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities with products priced below INR 999. Additionally, it has transitioned into an omnichannel model, integrating offline stores with digital platforms such as Flipkart, Amazon, Myntra, and Limeroad, to enhance customer reach and convenience.
