BMW Ventures IPO Description – BMW Ventures is a diversified enterprise engaged in the trading, distribution, manufacturing, and fabrication of steel and allied products with a dominant presence in Bihar. The company has built a strong dealer network and established itself as the exclusive distributor of its primary supplier’s steel products across 29 out of 38 districts in Bihar, covering 1,299 dealers as of 31 March 2025. Revenue from steel distribution stood at INR 2,029.67 crore in FY 2025, supported by strong sales of long products such as TMT bars (2,22,617 MT sold), structural hollow sections (16,107 MT), and galvanized wires (6,448 MT), as well as flat products including GC sheets, GP sheets, HR sheets, and CR coils.
In addition to steel, the company distributes tractor engines and spare parts, contributing 0.55% of revenue in FY 2025. BMW Ventures also operates in manufacturing, producing PVC pipes under the “BMW Polytube” brand with an installed capacity of 800 MT p.a., and roll-formed GP sheets with a 3,000 MT p.a. capacity. The fabrication vertical, operating from the Purnea stockyard, manufactures Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEBs) and steel girders. The facility spans 1,76,560 sq. ft. with an installed capacity of 12,000 MT each per annum.
In FY 2025, PEB fabrication generated INR 7.39 crore. As of 31 March 2025, the company has a base of 639 employees.
