Greenleaf Envirotech IPO Description – Incorporated in 2010, Greenleaf Envirotech is a diversified environmental solutions provider with core expertise in engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) and turnkey projects for Wastewater Treatment (WWT). Its offerings span the entire lifecycle of wastewater management, including design, procurement, installation, testing, commissioning, project management, and post-commissioning services such as operations & maintenance (O&M) and annual maintenance contracts (AMC). The company delivers Sewage Treatment Plants (STPs) and Effluent Treatment Plants (ETPs) across both public and private sector clients, with execution presence in multiple Indian states, including Gujarat, Maharashtra, Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan, Karnataka, Assam, and Himachal Pradesh.
Over the last three financial years, the company executed 31 WWT projects worth approx. INR 66.16 crore and, as of 31 May 2025, is executing 17 ongoing projects with 2 upcoming projects valued at approx. INR 54.11 crore. Its milestone project was the construction of a 32 MLD STP at Latur, Maharashtra, in FY 2024-25.
As of 31 March 2025, the company employed 123 permanent employees.
