Digilogic Systems IPO Description – Digilogic Systems is a technology-led engineering company operating in the defence and aerospace domain, with core capabilities in the design, development, integration, manufacturing and lifecycle support of Automated Test Equipment (ATE), radar and electronic warfare (EW) simulators, application software and embedded signal-processing solutions. The company primarily caters to Indian defence and aerospace programs, with orders received largely through government tenders and, to a limited extent, via third-party system integrators.
The company operates from certified facilities in Hyderabad and Bangalore, supporting end-to-end activities from system design and engineering to assembly, integration and customer support. Digilogic’s solutions are deployed across development, production, integration and maintenance stages of mission-critical defence and aerospace platforms. As of 31 December 2025 the company has 102 permanent employees on payroll.
