Aditya Ultra Steel IPO description – Aditya Ultra Steel manufactures TMT bars under the Kamdhenu brand for the construction and infrastructure industries. The company uses a reheating furnace and rolling mill to produce TMT bars from billets. The company operates on a B2B basis, primarily serving customers in Gujarat.
Aditya Ultra Steel is a manufacturing plant in Rajkot, Gujarat. As of June 2024, the company has an integrated production capacity of 1,08,000 metric tons for TMT Bars. The company operates at approximately 85% of its capacity due to high demand and operational efficiency.
The company is fully equipped and has witnessed significant growth in operational revenue, increasing from INR 145 crore in FY 2017-18 to INR 530.45 crore in FY 2023-24, showing a CAGR of around 40%. It supplies the TMT bars to 73 dealers and employs 149 full-time staff, including key managerial personnel as of 30 April 2024.
