Aye Finance IPO Description – Aye Finance is a new-age Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC) focused on providing credit to India’s underserved micro and small enterprises (MSEs). Founded with the mission to bridge the credit gap in the informal sector, Aye Finance leverages a hybrid “phygital” model—combining physical branch presence with advanced digital tools like AI and ML—to underwrite and manage small-ticket loans (average loan size: INR 1.5 lakh) to businesses lacking formal credit histories.
As of 30 September 2024, the company operates 499 branches across 18 states and 3 union territories, servicing over 5 lakh active customers. Its Assets Under Management (AUM) have surged to INR 4,979.76 crore, growing at a remarkable CAGR of 60.69% from FY22 to FY24. Aye’s proprietary cluster-based underwriting model and predictive analytics ensure high loan repayment efficiency, with Gross NPAs at 3.32% and Net NPAs at just 1.15%.
