Bajaj Housing Finance IPO Description – Bajaj Housing Finance is a housing finance company (HFC) registered with the National Housing Bank (NHB). The company has been involved in mortgage lending since Fiscal 2018. The company offers customized financial solutions for individuals and corporate entities seeking to buy or renovate homes and commercial spaces. The company mortgage product range includes home loans, loans against property, lease rental discounting, and developer financing.
The company’s primary focus is on individual retail housing loans, complemented by an assortment of lease rental discounting and developer loans, serving a broad customer base from individual homebuyers to large developers. As of 31 March 2024, the company AUM stood at INR 91,370.40 crore, showing a compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of 30.9% between Fiscals 2022 and 2024.
The average ticket size of the home loans was INR 0.46 crore, with an average loan-to-value ratio of 70.5%. Also, 75.8% of the company home loan AUM originated from customers with a CIBIL score above 750. As part of the Bajaj group, the company has 308,693 active customers as of 31 March 2024, with 81.7% being home loan customers. The company had 215 branches across 174 locations in 20 states and three union territories.
