Choice International Business Description – The company was incorporated in 1993 at Mumbai. It was registered as a non–deposit taking non–banking financial company registered with the RBI. It voluntarily surrendered its NBFC license in the year 2019 and the same was cancelled by RBI with effect from October 23, 2020. On cancellation of its NBFC license, it stand only as a ‘holding company’ to its subsidiaries & provide business support services to its group companies and subsidiaries. The company, through its multiple subsidiaries, offers financial services across all platforms catering to retail and institutional clients, corporates and state and central governments.

- Choice Finserv Private Limited (Subsidiary) NBFC activities.
- Choice Portfolio Management Services Private Limited (Subsidiary) provides Portfolio Management Services.
- Choice Tech Lab Solutions Private Limited (Step Down Subsidiary) provides IT solutions.
- Choice Wealth Private Limited (Step Down Subsidiary) deals in mutual fund distribution.
