CPS Shapers IPO description – Incorporated in 2012, CPS Shapers is engaged in the business of manufacturing Shapewear for Men and Women like V-Shaper, Saree Shapewear, Active Pants, ShapeX Denim, etc. It manufactures and sells Shapewear for Men and Women through its brands -Dermawear with the motto Shape up with Confidence and YDIS (Your Dress Is Shapewear), through both, online and offline channels.
The company’s product portfolio includes Saree Shapewear, mini-shaper, Sports Bra, All Mini Corset, Tummy Reducer, All Zenrik, Slimmer, Active Pants, Denim, Masks, and other shapewear.
C P S Shapers’ products are sold both, domestically and internationally. It has a PAN India presence with a distributor network in 28 states and 8 Union territories for its domestic market. For FY 2023, 2022, and 2021, the revenue from domestic sales was INR 35.95 crore, INR 26.68 crore, and INR 14.39 crore, respectively. The company also exports to 5 countries namely Canada, Germany, Australia, United Kingdom, United States of America.
