Dhillon Freight Carrier IPO Description – Dhillon Freight Carrier (DFC), headquartered in Kolkata, is an ISO 9001:2015 certified logistics solutions provider specializing in road transportation. The company operates with a robust in-house fleet of 62 owned vehicles valued at approximately ₹6.38 crores as of 31 March 2025. Its operations span West Bengal, Bihar, Delhi, and Uttar Pradesh, supported by 22 booking offices, warehouses, pickup facilities, and delivery centers across five states.
DFC’s core business lies in Parcel/Less-than-Truckload (LTL) services, transporting shipments from 1 kg to 7 metric tonnes. DFCL reported a total income of INR 25.22 crore in FY 2024–25.
Service-wise, DFCL derives 71.69% of its revenue from LTL services (INR 17.74 crore in FY 2025), followed by Contract Logistics (25.39%) and Fleet Rental/Leasing (2.92%). Geographically, Uttar Pradesh and Bihar together contributed over 80% of the revenue in FY 2025. As of 31 July 2025, DFCL employed 23 individuals.
