Dipna Pharmachem IPO description – The company is engaged in the trading and distribution of a wide range of pharmaceutical raw materials which is also known as APIs (Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients), Excipient and chemical formulation products. APIs are known as bulk drugs or bulk actives and are the principle ingredients used in making finished dosages in the form of capsules, tablets, liquid or other forms of dosage, with the addition of other APIs or inactive ingredients.
Dipna Pharmachem’s product portfolio comprises 61 AIPs and AIPs intermediates such as Cephalosporins, Cardiovascular, Anti – Bacteria, Quinolones, Veterinary, Anti – Virus, Anti – Inflammatory, Neuropsychiatry, Steroid Hormone, other etc. Its products are available in India. The company also started selling chemicals on a commission basis in the financial year 2022.
The company is supplying raw materials to pharmaceutical industries and the pharmaceutical industry falls under the essential business list declared by the Government.
It sources the material from vendors and manufacturers of chemical and formulation as per the order and specification. Generally, its raw material sourcing is not dependent on a single source of supply, from multiple sources to access for procurement of raw materials.
