The platform has more than 50,000 active customers each month, boasting a repeat rate of over 90%. Its app is available on both Android and iOS, with over 100,000 downloads on the Play Store. The company operates facilities in Delhi NCR/Gurugram with a leased cold storage capacity of 12,000 kg, in Bengaluru with a leased facility of 16,000 kg including a 4,000 kg blast freezer, and in Mumbai with an owned facility of 13,000 kg capacity and as of 13 August 2025, it employs a total of 46 personnel.
