With a strong track record of recruiting business and functional leaders for both domestic and international clients, the company is headquartered in Mumbai and operates offices in Chennai, Gurgaon, and Bengaluru.
Expanding its presence in Southeast Asia, EMA Partners established a subsidiary, EMA Partners Singapore Pte, in Singapore, along with two subsidiaries in the Middle East: EMA Partners Executive Search and James Douglas Professional Search. The firm serves a wide range of industries, including IT, healthcare, energy, retail, education, real estate, banking, and financial services, as well as private equity and venture capital.
EMA Partners, together with its subsidiaries, covers the full spectrum of white-collar hiring, from entry-level positions to senior leadership roles. MyRClouds focuses on entry to mid-level hiring, James Douglas specializes in mid to senior-level recruitment, and EMA Partners manages board and C-suite appointments. As of 31 August 2024, the company, along with its subsidiaries, employs 136 full-time staff.
