Euro Panel IPO description – The company was originally incorporated as “Archer Trading House Private Limited” on 18 December 2013 and changed its name to “Euro Panel Products Limited” vide a fresh Certificate of Incorporation on 21 September 2021.
It manufactures varieties of Aluminium Composite Panels (ACPs) in different colors, designs and texture and supplies them globally. ACPs are widely used as an exterior covering of commercial buildings and corporate houses.
The company is associated with various organizations which includes Government Organizations, Hospitals, Multi-Specialty Hospitals, Airports etc. Its head office is in Mumbai and sales offices and warehouses are located at Bhiwandi, Ahmedabad, Nagpur, Delhi, Lucknow, Raipur, Kolkata, and Indore.
Eurobond has been exporting products in the USA, South Africa, Uganda, Nigeria, Tanzania, Sri Lanka and Nepal since 2014. The company has been recognized as One Star Export House by the Ministry of Commerce and Industry and is also an annual member of the Indian Green Building Council (IGBC).
