HRS Aluglaze IPO Description – Incorporated in 2012, HRS Aluglaze specializes in providing aluminium-based architectural solutions, including doors, windows, curtain walls, structural glazing, cladding systems, louvers, railings, and partitions, serving residential, commercial, industrial, and institutional projects. Its clientele spans builders, developers, contractors, and architects across multiple states.The company operates a fully integrated manufacturing facility at Village Rajoda, Bavla, Ahmedabad, spread over 11,176 sq. mtrs, equipped with CNC precision machinery, powder coating plants, and in-house testing systems. The facility has an installed capacity of 15,00,000 sq. ft. and achieved a 48.49% utilization rate in FY 2024-25.
To support expansion, HRS Aluglaze has acquired additional land of 13,714 sq. mtrs. and is setting up a 1 MW solar power plant, complementing its existing 422 KW rooftop solar system. As of 31 July 2025, the company had 26 ongoing projects with an estimated execution value of INR 79.42 crore. Its revenue mix was 87.18% from Gujarat, 9.41% from Maharashtra, and 3.42% from Telangana.
