The company focuses on providing tailored software solutions, including a campus management system, enterprise resource planning, accounts management, and human resource management, catering to a diverse clientele that encompasses universities, schools, and small businesses across India.
On 24 June 2014, Infinity Transoft Solutions was established as a subsidiary of Infinity Infoway. This subsidiary specializes in developing comprehensive ERP software specifically designed for bus companies and operators throughout India. Infinity Transoft’s solutions streamline operations, enhance fleet management, and improve customer engagement, ultimately driving efficiency within the transportation sector.
Additionally, Infinity Infoway secured a significant investment from One97 Communications (PayTM), which acquired 3,618 preferential shares in the company. As of 31 December 2024, Infinity Infoway employs 162 permanent staff members.
Promoters of Infinity Infoway – Mr. Dhirajlal Bhanjibhai Gadhethriya, Mr. Bhaveshkumar Dhirajlal Gadhethariya, and Mrs. Rinaben Bhaveshkumar Gadhethariya.
