As of 15 February 2023, the company acquired the winery’s holdings for INR 40 crore as part of its predefined long-term business growth strategy.
The state-of-the-art processing facility is spread over an area of ​​4500 square meters. It is equipped with state-of-the-art equipment from Japan and the U.S. Its installed capacity allows for processing 21,000 tonnes of export-quality rice per year.
