Anupam Rasayan Business Overview – Anupam Rasayan is one of the leading companies engaged in the custom synthesis and manufacturing of specialty chemicals in India. The company started business as a partnership firm in 1984 as a manufacturer of conventional products and has evolved into custom synthesis and manufacturing of life science related specialty chemicals and other specialty chemicals. The company has two business verticals
- Life science specialty chemicals – Products related to agrochemicals, personal care and pharmaceuticals are housed under this vertical.  In FY2020 and H1 FY2021, revenues from this vertical accounted for 95.4% and 92.5%, respectively, of the company’s topline.
- Other specialty chemicals – This vertical comprises specialty pigment and dyes, and polymer additives. Revenue from this vertical accounted for 4.6% and 7.5% of the company’s topline in In FY2020 and H1 FY2021, respectively.
