Baazar Style Q3 FY25 – Financial Snapshot

Baazar Style Retail’s net profit declined to INR 30.41 crore, down from INR 38.32 crore in the same period last year, this decline reflects higher operating and employee costs. However, the company’s revenue increased 23.52% Year-on-Year to INR 411.60 crore. This growth is driven by increasing demand for its value-for-money fashion offerings.

Besides the revenue jump, Baazar Style’s profit before tax (PBT) also fell 20.44% to INR 40.77 crore, compared to its Q3 FY24’s INR 51.25 crore. Total expenses also rose by 29.25% YoY to INR 3,721.2 crore, The primary reasons for the increased expenses are:

  • 25.98% increase in purchase costs (INR 1,853.1 crore)
  • 40.64% rise in employee benefit expenses (INR 315.71 crore)

Margins Under Pressure
