iWare Supplychain IPO description – iWare Supplychain Services is an integrated logistics company operating across India, specializing in five key service areas: (i) Warehousing, which includes third-party logistics (3PL) and Carrying & Forwarding Agent services; (ii) Transportation, also encompassing Carrying & Forwarding Agent services; (iii) Rake Handling Services; (iv) Business Auxiliary Services; and (v) Rental Income. The company has established a network of various business offices located in the states of Gujarat, West Bengal, Uttar Pradesh, Rajasthan, Punjab, Haryana, and Delhi.
iWare Supplychain Services provides comprehensive logistics support and solutions through its: (a) pan-India presence, (b) integrated service offerings, and (c) extensive vehicle fleet. The management team, composed of qualified and experienced professionals, has significantly contributed to the company’s growth, expanding its fleet from 15 vehicles in the financial year 2022 to a total of 47 vehicles. This fleet includes 15 units of 22 Feet Open Body trucks and the remaining vehicles are 32 Feet Containers.
iWare Supplychain Services collaborates with a diverse range of clients across various industries, including Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG), auto components, sanitary ware, and more. As of 31 March 2025, the company has 213 employees.
