Kasturi Metal IPO Description – Incorporated in 2005, Kasturi Metal Composit is a leading manufacturer, supplier, and exporter of steel fiber products for industrial applications. The company offers a robust product portfolio including Loose Hook-End Steel Fiber, Glued Hook-End Steel Fiber, Flat Crimped Steel Fiber, and Steel Wool Fiber—primarily used in fiber-reinforced concrete and automotive friction linings. Under its “Durocrete” brand, it also trades Macro Synthetic PP Fibers. Through its subsidiary, Durafloor Concrete Solution LLP, the company provides tailored concrete flooring solutions. Operating under the brands ‘Duraflex‘ and ‘Durabond‘, Kasturi serves diverse sectors such as construction, logistics, mining, automotive, and infrastructure.
With three manufacturing units spread across 6,875 sq. mtr. in MIDC, Amravati, Maharashtra, and equipped with advanced machinery and in-house quality labs, the company ensures operational efficiency and product consistency. As of 31 January 2025, it employs 99 permanent staff and reported export revenue contributions of 1.92% (H1 FY25), 4.56% (FY24), 11.76% (FY23), and 5.07% (FY22). The cost of materials consumed accounted for 51.83% to 66.15% of revenues over the same periods.
