The company is primarily operating in Nagpur focused on development of Plot, Residential & Commercial Projects and plans to undertake development of land having a development potential of 21,24,654 sq.ft in Nagpur. As of 31 December 2021, the total land reserves owned by the promoter, company member of promoter group and others stood at 123.70 lakh square feet.

Kesar Industries focuses on developing projects on land or sell plotted lands held by the Company as stock-intrade and by entering into Memorandum of Understanding for project management, marketing and branding development services with parties for development of projects.
