In a significant boost for India’s deeptech and AI infrastructure landscape, Kluisz.ai, a nascent but ambitious enterprise AI startup, has raised USD 9.6 million (~INR 82.95 crore) in seed funding. The round was led by global early-stage investor RTP Global, Kluisz.ai seed funding round among the largest funding rounds for an AI software company in India in 2025 so far.
Joining RTP Global in the round were Unicorn India Ventures, Blume Founders Fund, Climber Capital, and a host of prominent angel investors, including Ritesh Agarwal (Founder, OYO), Dr. Ritesh Malik (Founder, Innov8), and Aditya Virwani (Embassy Group).

A Vision for the GenAI Cloud Era
Founded just three months ago, Kluisz.ai is the brainchild of Abhinav Sinha (ex-Global COO & CPO at OYO), Vamshidhar Reddy (former McKinsey Partner), and Abhijeet Singh (former VP of Cloud at Jio and ex-AT&T). The trio brings together a rare mix of deep operational, consulting, and technical experience, aiming to overhaul how enterprises manage AI workloads.
At its core, Kluisz.ai is developing a developer-first, AI-native private cloud platform designed to orchestrate hybrid, on-premise, edge, and sovereign cloud environments. The product embeds automation, observability, and zero-trust security, enabling enterprises to set performance, compliance, and cost parameters—while the system automatically manages deployment and resource orchestration.
“Private cloud today is complex, labor-intensive, and cost-heavy. We are removing the pain from day-zero to day-two operations,” said Abhinav Sinha, Co-founder & CEO, in an interview.
Use of Funds
The Bengaluru-based startup plans to use 80% of the fresh capital to expand its engineering team, especially in infrastructure and systems software, a niche but rapidly growing talent pool in India. The remaining funds will go toward accelerating product development, building go-to-market capabilities, and supporting early customer deployments.
The company is initially focusing on banking, financial services, and insurance (BFSI), manufacturing, and regulated industries with heavy edge-compute needs. It also has an eye on governments and healthcare sectors with strict data sovereignty and compliance requirements. The company’s early go-to-market plan also includes regions beyond India, notably the Middle East.
“Kluisz.ai is taking on a globally relevant challenge with a founding team that has operated at scale. Their approach to AI-deployed infrastructure is game-changing,” said Madhur Makkar, Principal at RTP Global.
Industry Context and Market Opportunity
Kluisz.ai seed funding comes at a time when enterprise demand for AI infrastructure is exploding, particularly in the hybrid and private cloud domains. An IBM report notes that 47% of Indian companies operate in a hybrid cloud environment, while Gartner predicts that 90% of enterprises globally will run workloads across hybrid setups by 2027.
According to Gartner, private cloud end-user spending will surpass USD 84 billion by 2029, even as public cloud spending dominates in the near term. For AI-heavy workloads that require low-latency, specialised hardware, and stringent data control, private and hybrid cloud options are becoming increasingly attractive.
Why Kluisz Stands Out
While other players are also exploring AI infrastructure, Kluisz.ai differentiates itself by building a GenAI-native orchestration layer—one that combines autonomous operation, secure multi-environment deployment, and developer-oriented design. The startup is betting that as AI workloads become central to enterprise operations, the need for intelligent, AI-managed infrastructure will become non-negotiable.
Kluisz’s approach also addresses another pain point: reduction in manpower and operational overheads. By automating cloud management, Kluisz aims to enable leaner IT teams to do more, making AI cloud infrastructure more accessible to smaller and mid-sized organisations as well.

What’s Next
Kluisz.ai expects to land its first customer by the end of 2025, and is already in discussions with multiple potential clients across India and the Middle East. With under 20 employees currently, the company plans to scale rapidly over the next 12–18 months, growing its headcount and customer footprint.
In a year marked by cautious investment sentiment, especially in the tech and AI space, Kluisz.ai’s successful fundraise stands as a testament to the strength of its team, vision, and market opportunity.
As India’s deeptech ecosystem continues to mature, Kluisz.ai might just become one of its defining players in enterprise-grade AI infrastructure.
