Knowledge Realty Trust REIT IPO description – Knowledge Realty Trust manages India’s largest office portfolio by Gross Asset Value (INR 61,998.9 crore as of 31 March 2025) and Net Operating Income (INR 3,432.27 crore in FY 2025). WALE stands at 8.4 years, ensuring stable cash flows. In-place rents are 22.6% below market, offering re-leasing upside.
The portfolio supports over 275,000 employees and offers premium amenities, Build-to-Suit options, and sustainability-certified assets (72.7% by GAV). With India’s office market witnessing record absorption (80.3 msf in 2024) driven by GCC growth, Knowledge Realty Trust is strategically positioned as a high-quality, diversified, and scalable platform for long-term value creation.
