Malpani Pipes IPO description – Malpani Pipes and Fittings is a leading manufacturer of high-quality plastic pipes, offering a diverse range of products, including high-density polyethylene (HDPE) pipes, medium-density polyethylene (MDPE) pipes, linear low-density polyethylene (LLDPE) pipes, as well as specialized sprinkler and drip irrigation pipes, all marketed under the brand name Volstar. These products cater to various sectors, such as irrigation, telecommunications, industrial applications, infrastructure, and housing.
In addition to manufacturing, Malpani Pipes engages in the trading of granules and PVC pipes and provides related services. The company operates a manufacturing plant located in Ratlam, Madhya Pradesh, from which it distributes products to both wholesalers and retailers. Furthermore, it supplies pipes for government projects through authorized contractors. The company’s products are meticulously engineered to meet a wide array of applications, including irrigation, potable water supply, sewerage, boreholes, tube wells for underground water extraction, and drainage systems.
Malpani Pipes runs 10 production lines with a total installed capacity of 11,500 MT per annum. It also maintains two warehouses located in Amravati and Thane in Maharashtra. As of 31 December 2024, the company employs 51 full-time staff members and 36 contract-based workers.
