My Mudra Fincorp IPO description – Established in 2013, the company functions as a Channel Partner (DSA) for major banks and NBFCs operating in India. The company’s business model integrates tele-calling, advertising, direct marketing, referrals, networking, and a combined physical and digital marketing approach to acquire customers for the banks and NBFCs. The company specializes in the distribution and sales of a diverse range of financial products such as home loans, loans against property, business loans, personal loans, professional loans as well as credit cards. Recently, it has expanded its services to include the distribution of insurance products.
My Mudra Fincorp generates revenues from the fees and commissions it receives through various business segments. It serves a diverse clientele, including individuals, corporates, and professionals like Chartered Accountants (CAs) and Company Secretaries (CSs).
The company also works through franchisees and sub-DSAs. During FY 2024, the company added 10 more franchisees and sub-DSAs to take the count to 149.
