Narmadesh Brass IPO Description – Established in 2019, Narmadesh Brass is a Gujarat-based manufacturer specializing in brass billets, rods, and precision brass components. The company operates a manufacturing facility at Shree Ganesh Industrial Hub, Jamnagar, spread over 12,299.34 sq. meters, with 6,293.03 sq. meters dedicated to production. The facility has installed capacities of 4,320 MTPA of Brass Billets, 4,320 MTPA of Brass Rods, and 1,600 MTPA of Brass components, achieving utilization levels of 78.09%, 10.97%, and 61.67% respectively, in FY 2024-25. The product portfolio includes brass rods, billets, ball valves, NRVs, plumbing and sanitary fittings, agricultural sprayer parts, electrical and garden fittings, and other turning components.
Brass billets, rods, and components collectively accounted for 96.55% of total revenues in FY 2024-25. Narmadesh Brass caters to both domestic and international markets. In FY 2024-25, 73.06% of revenue came from domestic sales, with Gujarat (56.28%) and Delhi (10.96%) as key markets, while exports contributed 26.94%, primarily to the UAE.
The company is focused on capacity expansion, increasing exports, improving working capital, and reducing debt (which stood at INR 24.73 crore as of March 2025). As of 31 March 2025, the company had a workforce of 18 permanent employees and 81 labours.
