It specializes in the processing, finishing, and supplying of bedsheets, pillow covers, duvet covers, towels, rugs, doher, shirts & garments predominantly for discounted retail outlets. The company sources surplus or slightly imperfect fabric from the domestic market, applying value-added services such as designing, digital printing, dyeing, stitching, embroidery, and other enhancements. Subsequently, it distributes these refined products to discounted retail outlets in diverse countries, it has 2 manufacturing units located in Thane.
Neelam Linens entered the apparel industry by starting an in-house production of men’s and women’s fashion apparel in 2023. It also earns revenue from the sale of import licenses. As of 15 May 2024, the company employed 58 employees, 8 of whom were on its payroll and 50 were receiving daily wages.
