Pattech Fitwell IPO description – Pattech Fitwell Tube Components is engaged in the production of forging products for the non-automotive sector. The company has a total installed capacity of 14104.13 MTPA for manufacturing forged flanges, complex and specialized machined components and welded assemblies in the area of open die forgings.
The company converts semifinished/raw products to finished products by carrying its value-added processes such as forming, bending, drilling, cutting, inspection, polishing, painting, blasting, welding, punching, marking, testing, and packaging.
Vadodara-based Pattech Fitwell manufactures its products from carbon steel, alloy steel, and stainless steel pipes, coils, plates, structures, and forgings conforming to international standards. At present, the company has a highly sophisticated and technically competent plant divided into two parts.
As on 31 December 2022, its overall staff strength is 9 employees including skilled labour, administrative staff, and a management team. The company also employs 106 unskilled workers.
